Hello RRBF fans, we hope you had a great Easter ...
Today I would like to share with you a little project that I made which was out on display over Easter in our home.
But first I would like to thank Thermo Web for providing the RRBF design team with their wonderful adhesives for us to use during this month to create with. Quite honestly it has made it easier and quicker and I am loving the results!!
I used the RRBF Carnival Queen range to create this project as I thought the pastel colours were so perfect for this time of year.
Products Used :
RRBF Carnival Queen Yackerty Yak
Deep in a box in my craft room, I have had these little papermache eggs sitting patiently waiting to be decorated so what better time than Easter ... right ??!!
Using acrylic paint I covered each of the eggs with a coordinating colours and then cut strips of paper which I then glued on to the egg. To decorate the top of the eggs I cut some leaves from the paper and thin strips which I curled.
Next I used the RRBF Reminisce Quilling Kit to make some pretty little flowers to go on the top which I decorated the centres with some RRBF Arcadia Pearl Combos.
The Thermo Web Zots in small and medium were perfect for securing the ends of the flowers and adding them to the top of the eggs.
This little card was made using the Carnival Queen Pockets. Instead of making them into pockets I just turn back to open glued the flap to the front of the card. It made a really fab decoration through the window. I used the Reminisce quilled flowers to decorate the card. The Thermo Web 3D dots were used to raise the greeting off the back of the card.
Have a really crafty day

LOVE your Easter eggs and card Beckie - the Carnival Queen collection makes it all look so fun & cheery!!!
Your strips and curls are a great way to decorate these odd shapes and I will keep it in mind for some OTP projects and odd shaped gift wrapping :)
