I used quite a few geometric patterns on this layout, mixing papers from several CHA 2012 Summer collections. My tip for a sucessful mix-and-match is to go for a variety in scale. The two black patterns are tightly scaled, while the background grey pattern is medium sized. I've also repeated the houndstooth pattern, in small scale grey circles and in the large scale red border.
