Where does your inspiration come from?
I don't really have a place that inspiration comes from.  Usually my process is to just pick products I want to use, randomly cut the paper and go!

What is your go to tool?

INK... I love to ink the edges of paper and photos.

What is YOUR signature item (the one thing that ALWAYS ends up in your projects)?

Good question... I don't know that I have one.  :)

Name one thing that people might be surprised to know about you?

I was born and raised in Alaska (24 years).  For some reason that blows peoples minds!  LOL

Do you have any other hobbies?

I LOVE to golf and recently taught myself how to crochet.

Fashion Forward

Hello, friends! Keely here to share my layout using the new "Black Fusion" collection.  I love how these bold, retro patterns are perfect for any project--elegant, masculine, or paired with a bright, accent color.

I created this sassy, fashionista to showcase all of the wonderful patterns in this collection.  I paired the "Black Fusion" collection with our fabulous Sugar Candy cardstock.

I also created this pretty Stepper card with the new dimensional Decoupage stickers.

Bella! Boutique | Two Hearts

Feeling Pinky!

Hi everyone! I hope you are enjoying all the reveals!  The projects have been stunning, and you are in for a treat on what's been planned over the next few weeks!  My favorite project from CHA this year was this layout that I created using PINK FUSION. I have two little girls in my family, so I LOVE this line!  Here is the layout I created about my youngest daughter:

I also created a birthday hat recently with this line! I have a little girl in my daycare who will be turning 2 in August, and this line along with the DECOUPAGE! The Decoupage is amazing to work with! You get great results, and great dimesion on your projects!  Here is the birthday hat I created:

"Bling" on the Bling....

Okay, so I am not that "bright" when it comes to blog titles, but the RRBF bling sure is! For CHA I got to play with this yummy sparkly goodness. The first project I have for you today is an altered birdhouse. I have had this laying around for some time now and figured this was the perfect project to use it for. First I used scraps of all the new wedding lines that are coming out for the roof, I also used the most perfect paper for the walls of the house from the J'Adore line. I tell you these products were just made for this project. Once I got all of that put together...I blinged and I blinged! I really love how this came out and I hope you enjoy it too.

Also for CHA I had some projects to do with cardstock. I just love the Sugar Candy cardstock...such bright fun colors with just enough glitter polka dots. I added some more bling and came up with this card...

"She's Got Style" - scrapbook layout with the new Bella! Fusion blue line

Hi Ruby Rock-it Fans! JJ here again - this time showing the full layout that was sneaked earlier this month, featuring the new Bella! Fusion line in the blue monochromatic colour-way.

I die cut Sugar Candy cardstock and some of the Fusion papers to make the branches as well as the flowers:

A little bit of stitching adds some texture:

More die-cuts and punchs - a great way to make your papers go a little further.

J'Adore

The name is as beautiful as this new collection!  Welcome to the Ruby Rock-It Bella blog!  Debbie with you today and I'm going to share a couple of projects with you today.  The first project is a layout that I gave you sneaks of a couple of weeks ago. 

The next project is a card created from the same beautiful collection.  This collection is perfect for weddings or any special occasion that requires a beautiful background.

My next project is a Wedding invite with the J'Adore collection.  I'm kind of sad because this is all I have left of this gorgeous collection!!  I have used every scrap of this beautiful line!!

Hello Ruby Rock It Fans :) !!

Benedicte here today to share the full reveal of my project using the new collection Eklectique : I love this feminine and vintage collection. It's perfect to show up black and white portrait photos like this beautiful portrait of my niece Lily.

It also enables to create amazing thanks cards like the following one.

Arcadia Delights

Beautiful memories with wonderful friends is one of my favorite reasons to scrap, and with a gorgeous line like Arcadia to play with, it makes the experience even more treasured.

To build this layout I sanded the red tiled paper and distressed the edges to mat my photo. I also used small strips to lay underneath the distressed edges of the patterned paper for extra dimension and design elements. Stitching the vintage inspired lace and fluffy sweet pom-pom edging down is not only a fun way to keep pieces in place for the long term, but adds a lot of my personality to the project. The last details come from the Arcadia sticker sheet and the stunning Butterfly Decoupage sheets. The colors are perfect with the paper and adds delightful depth and dimension <3

As part of our celebration this week, I am sharing a gift box that I have made using Arcadia as well. If you would be interested in having a tutorial shared on how to create this box, please let me know by leaving a comment on this post.

It is very pretty and makes a great favor or gift wrap for a smaller item.
