Hi Ruby Rock-it Fans! JJ here again, this time with a vellum card for Mom. (Might be a little late for Mother's Day, but shouldn't every day be Mother's Day?) ;)
For this card, I made a bunch of flowers and 'greenery' from additional sheets of vellum:
Now, the vellum comes in classic white with silver, so if you want a little colour, you have to add it. I decided to use Pan Pastels for the colour, and added it to the back of the vellum, to keep it subtle. Vellum isn't the best surface for pastels, so you need to give it a little help with a coat of workable fixative after you add the colour.
This is how it looks from the front:
From there, I just punched out the shapes and adhered with dimensional adhesive for a pretty floral arrangement.
