Good morning! Carrie here today... I hope everyone has been as lucky as we have been here in Chicago with the wonderful weather. It has been unseasonably warm here...almost 2 weeks with 80 or close to 80 degree temperatures. For Chicago...in March...this is so not the norm. I have been really taking advantage of the weather and doing a lot of much needed yard and house work. Seeing all the flowers starting to bloom and all the green grass really got me in the mood to put together a card for you today and the August Moon Collection was just perfect! A soft touch of spring and summer mix in the colors and beautiful large flower prints for those who love fussy cutting (which by the way, I do!) I did sneak in a little bit of paper from the Bella Beloved Wedding Collection. I know I sound like a broken record, but again this just shows you how easy these lines are to mix and match. I did some fussy cutting, used a couple of the ribbon trims, some pre-made tags and some of the cool mini pearl accents all from the August Moon line...put it all together and came up with this card!
Here is a close up of the mini pearl accents...these are so awesome, you get 3 sizes and get this...99 pearls! The perfect touch to any card or layout.
