My favorite tradition (buying each person in the family a new ornament each year) can get pricey. And sometimes I don't see affordable ornaments that speak to me. So this year, while my kids will get store bought ornaments, I thought I would make myself a few of my own --so that when they take all their ornaments to their families my tree is not bare! I bought empty glass balls at a craft store. Two I filled with Ruby Rocket Bella! Paper Lace from the wedding line and tied ribbon from the same line around the top. And one I filled with spray mist and glitter and addded Bella! Bling Stickers all around the outside:
I love having handmade items on our tree!
Since they were so easy to make, I thought they would make quick gifts too, I just needed to add a card, so I quickly decorated a Bella! Paper Doll card with paper and embellishments from that line and voila:
Last, but not least, I made a layout to remember this favorite tradition of mine (again using the Bella! Paper Doll collection):
Even during the holiday rush, there is plenty of time to celebrate traditions, make a few quick gifts and cards and create lasting memories.
Happy Holidays!
:) Rebecca

these came out great!
